FigFlex Offices, part of FI Property Group, has opened its second workspace in Watford, bringing nearly 500 desks of premium flexible office space to 58 Clarendon Road, WD17 1DA.
The launch makes Watford the first city in the FigFlex network with two locations and marks a significant expansion for the operator, which has tripled in size over the last three years and now operates from 10 locations across eight UK cities.
58 Clarendon Road sits in the heart of Watford’s commercial district, less than five minutes’ walk from Watford Junction station and under 20 minutes by train from London Euston. The newly refurbished building provides private offices for start-ups, SMEs and corporate occupiers requiring bespoke workspace solutions. Coworking, dedicated desks and bookable meeting rooms are also available, supported by a business lounge, multiple breakout areas, on-site management, 24/7 access, car parking and bicycle storage.
The expansion reflects sustained demand from businesses seeking to reduce London overheads without sacrificing connectivity, quality or amenities. FigFlex has grown rapidly since 2017, adding sites in London, Swindon, Southampton, Hull, Coventry, Gloucester and Peterborough alongside its Watford presence.
Tim Knowles, founder and managing director of FI Property Group, said: “Watford is continuing to establish itself as a compelling alternative to London, and the level of interest in 58 Clarendon Road reflects that. We’ve seen strong demand from businesses already based in Watford as well as companies looking to relocate from London, and this building gives us the scale, amenities and flexibility to support that growth in a genuinely premium environment.”
The building has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and includes an on site café and fitness suite, providing occupiers with amenities typically associated with high end London offices while benefiting from Watford’s excellent connectivity and lower operating costs.
Businesses are invited to the official launch of 58 Clarendon Road on Wednesday 16 September, with a welcome reception at 1pm and building tours running throughout the day. Full details and RSVP: figflex.com/clarendonevent.
